"My two Grandpas, Part 2" Jan 30, 2005
The immigrant ancestors that make up the lineage for the Robinson side of my kin entered America in VA. very early on. Having read hundreds of documents in regards to the family genealogy compiled by my Aunt Barbara when she joined the "Daughters of the American Revolution", "Colonial Dames", and "Pioneer Families"

It might be hard for some who are lucky enough to have been born, raised, and still live down there, to understand, just how hard times up here are. " Old times here could be easily forgotten", run away, run away, run away to Dixie land"

"I Aint No................ Granny, Terrorist, Traitor, Coward, or damyankee" June 23, 2004
I think it is spitefull and flat out wrong to "lump" all members of the SCV as Grannys, who do nothing more than meet, eat , then retreat, and there are those in it's ranks who do more than polish gravestones and attend the occassional parade

"Southern Heritage Movement" by Nick Warren June 16, 2004
A couple weeks ago, I had opportunity to speak with a reporter from one of the local papers. He had contacted me interested in doing a story on not only the SCV but also on the Southern Heritage Movement. His interest had the distinct odor of a liberal minefield, but I agreed to chat with him on a number of matters and decide if what I had to say was something he would be interested in. Needless to say, his quest was to dig up dirt on the SCV, the LOS

"Ignorance is the Problem not the Flag" June 10, 2004
I find it most ironic that Southrons are portrayed as nothing more than illiterate, bigoted hicks intent on keeping the WBTS alive. In truth it appears to me that it is, the Yankee arrogance and need to oppress, combined with no true realization of what that war was about (ignorance on their part) that has kept the healing process on hold for over 140 years

"Mayme Marches On" May 28, 2004
As I reported earlier she hadn't been as eager to head to school in the mornings as she usually is. I hadn't pressed the issue, because I know my child very well. When she is ready to talk, she does!!! As I take her to the bus each morning, I have the opportunity of some serious one on one time. For this, I am most thankful. I believe if more parents took advantage of such situations, the youth of today would be better aware of the real world and what awaits them

"When the South Came North" May 17, 2004
It has been my contention for a very long time, that the Confederate government should have been more supportive of the Partisians during the "War of Northern Arrogance". Had they concentrated on taking the war to the Yankees on their home court ie: Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio, as Morgan, Bennett, and others did on a small scale, I believe with all my heart there would have been a different outcome to the war

"The Kindness of True Southrons and the Glory of God" May 4, 2004
Over the last few dark days I have watched my world spin. I didn't know if it was spinning out of control, or into a new orbit. After several almost sleepless nights spent answering over a thousand emails from all over the country, I have come to the conclusion

This most serious of communications is directed to anyone who cares about the South. This would include, but certainly not limited to members of UDC,SCV, MOS&B,OCR, LoS, and countless other Southern Heritage groups. It is also directed to every Southron Patriot out their flying solo by the seat of their britches who actually gives a damn as to what has happened to the South over the past 140 years.
